Producing a high quality product is not our ultimate goal. Getting that product to you in an undamaged state is!

That is why we pay particular attention to packaging our work for delivery to you. Our rigid graphics are typically packaged with two layers of corrugated paper on the face and back and two inches of rigid foam around the edges. We expect that our packages will withstand a drop on a corner from dock height without sustaining any damage to the product. We pay a similar amount of attention to the packaging of your rolled products as well.

We will be pleased to ship your product to you or your customer via UPS or Fedex or your preferred freight carrier. And, we can do so using our account or yours without any indication of the shipment coming from BIGraphics if that is your desire.

Please keep the UPS and FedEx maximum shipment dimensions and weight in mind when requesting that method of shipment.
